As a visitor to NW Hunting Source’s website, you may be asked to provide personal information used to provide you with the products or services which you have requested.  You may be asked to register during the check out procedure.  The information  collected will be used to process orders placed on our website or to contact you in the event there is a problem with your order.  The information collected may be, mailing address, shipping address, email address, credit card number or other information needed for payment. 

Sharing of Information 

We may share  this information with third parties.  For example: service providers, for the purpose of, shipping products to you, processing payments and orders, or sending you emails.  These service providers may have their own privacy policies and you are encouraged to read them when they are provided to you.  We also recommend that you review the privacy policies of any site visited, by the links on our website. 

Use of information 

The information  collected will be used to process and provide the products and services which you have requested.  We will also use it to improve our website and the products we carry.   

Information disclosure if required by law 

Any and all information about you may be provided to law enforcement or other government agencies, pursuant to a subpoena, warrant, or other order by a court of competent jurisdiction.  Written documentation  requesting information about you, will be required, in all cases. Proof of Identification, of the law enforcement official, will be required and we will take steps to verify the validity of the request. 

Attention children 

We must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission, verified, if under the age of 18, to complete a purchase, or provide any personal information about yourself or others.  You may surf our website, but you are not permitted to go anywhere on the site that requires you to enter your personal identifiable information.

NW Hunting Source reserves the right to make changes to this policy, with out notice, at any time.

Shipping is figured at a $5.00 flat fee only per order, or unless otherwise marked, as FREE SHIPPING. Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipping will take place once all funds are verified.

Return Policy contains the following:

NW Hunting Source does not warrant or guarantee any products.  Any applicable warranties or guarantees are those offered by the manufacturer.  You will find on this page a link to the manufacturers contact information.  In this way we will help you facilitate a return to the correct manufacturer.  If you need assistance please contact us through our contact page.  NW Hunting Source is not responsible for any shipping/freight fees, or any other costs incurred through the return process.  NW Hunting Source will either directly or indirectly, assist in returns, for up to 30 days from the original date of purchase only. 

New-in-box defective and/or damaged items

Items found to “new-in-box” defective will be replaced with the same the merchandise item.  This includes items found to be defective prior to use, within 7 days only, from date of receipt.  All items must have prior authorization before they may be returned.  All freight charges must be prepaid and are not refundable.  Once an item has been used or shows signs of use, warranty is then determined by the manufacturer and not NW Hunting Source.  We will assist you with a manufacturers contact page. 

Non-defective returns 

Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must have a return authorization prior to returning.  All freight will be prepaid by the customer and are not refundable.  Non-defective returns will be either exchanged or credited to you, minus any restocking charges, and any other costs incurred in the return process, unless warranty policy by the manufacturer specifies a different course of action. 

Special orders 

Items ordered that are not listed on the NW Hunting Source website or are listed as “special order item” on the NW Hunting Source website are considered “special order items”.  These will not be considered for return unless a return can be established with the manufacturer.  All costs incurred in processing such returns, plus a 15% restocking fee, will be charged to the customer. 

RMA Procedure 

To initiate a return request, please contact us with the item number, original order number or invoice number, and specify the issue with the item at hand.  Once we have the appropriate information, you will be given an RMA number along with the shipping instructions.  Each box must be marked with the RMA number or it will not be accepted.  All charges incurred to return the item will be prepaid by the customer.
